Jeff an Kyle were my fellow musicians way back in 2004. Jeff would always say “never turn down an opportunity to play music”. Kyle would get me dishwashing jobs for extra cash in Easthampton, always looking out for his friends. They came to visit me one time when I was brewing in Vermont and heard their unique style for the first time, and it was unbelievable, neither of them brought a guitar, but they just did their thing thing with a mandolin and Jeff drumming on his legs. Western Massachusetts-based Indie/Folk band Woodford Way is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Kyle Mangini and guitarist Jeff Lynch. Influenced heavily by James Taylor, Paul Simon, and Bob Dylan, Woodford Way blends narrative-driven folk tunes with well-crafted pop gems that jump into the ears of listeners and tell a unique, individual, and compelling story that is all their own.
